connecting with nature, Ehomae (Hawaiian invocation),
hula breathing, and meditation.
This hula program, set in the serene
Albong Healing Garden nestled within Nari Basin,
draws connections with the Hawaiian
goddess Poli’ahu for a truly nurturing experience.

A blend of Hatha Yoga with Kriya Yoga adds a delightful
element to this flow, awakening inner freedom and creative energy.
Explore a natural flow between your center and that
of your partner, creating a seamless series of foundational
Acroyoga poses together. With expert guidance,
enjoy safely attempting poses that once seemed impossible on your own.

**Soma & Inner Child Healing / Memory of Wounds**

On the second day, we focus on healing memories
of wounds and restoring self-love. We often carry thoughts
and emotions from past wounds, repeating them in our lives. However,
within us lies the strength to overcome painful memories
and reclaim love and freedom. In this session,
we’ll release repressed emotions, heal wounded
memories, and restore inner love.
Connect deeply with yourself and others through subtle
Soma movements and a guided inner-child healing experience.

Fear is often stored in the spine. In this session,
we bring gentle awareness to the spine and our stored fears.
We tend to avoid experiencing fear, believing it will attract
unwanted events. However, resistance only draws more of
these fears into reality. This session invites you to safely
confront and release deeply held fears for newfound freedom.

On the second day, we enjoyed a performance by the band Ondo.
After a memorable concert on Ulleungdo in 2023, Ondo returned
for a special wellness event in 2024. The band filled the deep
autumn night with smooth vocals and powerful sounds,
creating unforgettable memories on Ulleungdo
