Trails refer to natural ecological paths such 

as mountain paths, forest paths, and coastal paths.

In particular, Ulleungdo is the best place for trails because 

the mystery of nature is preserved and you can feel unique 

scenery everywhere. Ulleung Haedamgil means ‘a path containing 

the bright morning sun’ because you can see the earliest sunrise in Korea!

The recently successfully held the 'Ulleung Trail 2024' had 

approximately 130 participants, completing the approximately 

18km course starting from Gwaneumdo Island, passing 

through the 3 sections of the Haedam Trail 

(Seommok-Seokpo-Naesujeon Old Roads), 

and then the 2 sections (Dodong-Jeodong) to Dodonghang Port.

In particular, the road from Dodong to Jeodong has great scenery 

and is known as a must-see attraction for anyone visiting Ulleungdo!

The participants were able to fully enjoy Ulleungdo's nature

 and were able to complete the race without getting tired 

while seeing breathtaking scenery and natural landscapes

that they had never seen before.

We look forward to seeing over 200 participants 

enjoying the trails on Ulleungdo at the ‘Ulleng Island International Trail’, 

which will be held in July 2025!
